Bomark® Sales Policies
Bomark Sportswear is a wholesale distributor of blank athletic apparel and equipment to screen printers, embroiderers, team sports dealers, and others who offer our product for resale. We ship these products from three convenient warehouses in Cincinnati, Ohio; Houston, Texas; Los Angeles, California and a vendor's drop ship facilities in Georgia and Ohio. Same day shipping and no minimum quantity ordering enable you to receive what you want, when you want it.
Terms
COD/Certified Check: Payment must be made upon delivery in the form of certified check or money order.
COD/Company Check: Upon the approval of our credit department, customers may make payment upon delivery by company check. No personal checks.
Net 30 Days: Open terms are granted to customers with appropriate credit histories and references. Credit applications are available upon request. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for approval. Please communicate any urgent needs directly with the credit department at 1-800-231-3351.
Credit Cards Accepted: Payment may be made using Visa®, Mastercard®, Discover® or American Express®.
Shipping
All orders shipped FOB our warehouse in Houston, TX; Los Angeles, CA or Cincinnati, OH. Several items are only available to ship FOB from the manufacturers in Georgia and Ohio.. Freight, COD, insurance and handling charges are added to all invoices. Freight shown on the ecommerce site is only an estimate and finalized during processing at the warehouse. No will call or pickup orders can be entered on ecommerce currently.
We will make every effort to ship your order on the same day it is placed. In many cases orders placed after the 4PM warehouse cutoff time may still ship that day. For rush emergencies please communicate directly with customer service at 1-800-231-3351.
Claims and Returns
Merchandise should be inspected carefully upon delivery. When goods are dropped shipped to an embellishment facility the staff should be instructed to check the product against their work orders. We cannot accept returns on decorated or washed merchandise. Claims for damaged or shortages must be made within 5 days of receipt of order.
All returns require a return authorization number in order to be processed. Please contact customer service at1-800-231-3351 to begin process.
Unwanted goods must be returned within 30 days and will be charged a 20% restocking fee in addition to any outstanding freight charges .The minimum restock fee for unwanted goods is $10.00.
All unclaimed or refused COD shipments are also subject to a 20% restock or 10.00 minimum fee plus outstanding freight charges. Subsequent orders will not be shipped until arrangements are made to cover these costs.
